-
Feel pressured to get your child toilet trained? Actually, it is common for many parents to feel like this because the difficulty of the process. It may become harder to train them if children become stubborn to the process. Sometimes the child also gets scared when their feet can’t reach the toilet floor and this make the child didn’t want to go to toilets.
The first method is to buy a tiny toilet. You can check out a Potty Monkey at Pottymd.com. It is a potty training system includes Potty Monkey, Flushing toilet, Monkey Learns to Potty child’s board book, and The Potty Trainer parent book.
Second method is to do “POOP Drill”. Just do it like fire drill, but you need to ask everyone is the house to cooperate to make it work. Although it sounds silly but believe it, it’s work! This is how you should do, anytime during the day you or anyone in house randomly yell out “POOP DRILL” followed by “Where do you go?”, “What do you do?”.
Remember, everyone must stop from doing anything except run to the bathroom. Cheer your child on as he pulled down his pants, underwear and sat on the toilet. Please ensure your child to do this all by himself by doing “POOP DRILL” every time your child want to do his thing. Always give a treat afterwards to motivate your child.
This method credited to user Clock’s from Yahoo Answer that had done a lot of trial and error, definitely tons of dirty underwear too!
